From Time to Time clubs will have challenges.
The District provides clubs with support in the form of Area and Division
Governors. Quite simply, the best way to coach a club is to help the existing
support structure before the club requires a club coach. Have your clubs connect
with other clubs in their Area to learn / share from each other.
In the event that a club membership falls to 12 or less a club coach can be
assigned to the club at the club's request.
Being a Club Coach requires a clear understanding of the value in
Toastmasters and how to Encourage others. A successful club coach will help the
club until such time as the club reaches Distinguished Status.
When you can teach others to create a Strong & Vibrant Club it is very
rewarding. Coaches often learn many things during the course of working in this
situation.
